How to record the ‘cash consideration’ part of this merger. I understand how to do the merger acquiring x number of Contact shares for Manawa shares held. However, there was also a cash payout at $1.12 per Manawa share held. How is this best recorded in Sharesight? Thanks
@gilldaviesnz I haven’t look at the specific details. But most likely you can add “Return of capital” and enter the cash amount in there.
