Rejected Trades

I uploaded my ebroking csv file for all trade confirmations. All the Australian stocks were accepted but none of the US stocks. The ticker format that ebroking is applying to the US stocks is not recognised by Sharesight. For example, AAPL is showing as AAPL:US.ASX.

  • Is anyone else having this problem?

  • How did you fix it and when you next updated your holdings, did the same error appear?

Hi there,
We require a trades in their native currency in order for it to be successfully imported into your portfolio. In the csv file downloaded from CMC, all the foreign currency gets converted into AUD, and hence those trades are rejected while importing on Sharesight.

For those stock, you can forward the pdf trade confirmation file into your portfolio email address or add the trades manually into your portfolio.
