Prices not updating. Again.

Today is another day Sharesight fails to update ticker prices in my portfolio. This time its two-thirds of the tickers. A few are updating with ~1 hour delays since today’s US market open, the others are dead since yesterday’s close. The issue is with feeds from XETR, NYSE and NASDAQ. Neither my broker, nor TradingView have any issues. It’s just Sharesight. Again.

I’m on an Expert plan. Outages like these are completely unacceptable for a paid service and are directly impacting my investment strategy.

I demand Sharesight informs us when and how they plan on making their service reliable. Otherwise I’m taking my business somewhere else.
