It is now 6:53pm on Tuesday and ASX final prices not updating again. This has happened many times - last time on August 3rd - last month. Prices are updating to 3:57pm but we want the 4:10pm prices which are usually available by 5pm. I guess we’ll have to wait to tomorrow to download to update our ledgers and prices. Would be nice if Sharesight could make end of day prices more reliably available same day.
Apologies for the issue. ASX price failed to load last night. All ASX holdings should have 03 Sep 2024 closing price now.
…and AGAIN. It’s 6:54pm on Wednesday 2nd October and it’s still showing 3:58 pm prices rather than 4:10 pm prices. Second time in the last month. Just so annoying that the guys can’t get closing prices to load reliably.
Edit: maybe a coincidence but for the last 3 months the failure to load closing prices has been early in the month - 3rd August, 3rd September, 2nd October.
I am having the same issue with certain US stocks. Price is not updating. Can this be escalated and looked into properly. It has happened over 3 seperate times and this is yet to be properly fixed.

Yes, let’s get this issue sorted. The ENPH ticker is once again not updating intraday. It is showing a price which is over 3 hours out of date.
Market has been closed close to an hour and RKLB ticker is not showing the correct close price.
Market has been closed over 20 minutes, both Palantir and Gingko Bioworks tickers are not showing the correct closing price. When will this be fixed so its not a continous issue. Being a paying customer for the second year I am not impressed with the service level being provided. @Piumi_Sharesight
@k44 It can take 90-120 mins after market close for all 8,000 stocks in NYSE to get updated. The price load for the whole market doesn’t happen all in an instant. In the case of NYSE, all the stocks should have end of day closing price by 5:30 p.m. ET
If it takes so long do this can we prioritise certain stocks ie SP500 and they get updated first. Looks like Meta, TSLA etc seem to be get updated at market close fairly quickly.
