Yet again, it’s not updating closing prices on either the 2nd, 3rd or 4th of the month. We’ve been complaining about this for so long and Sharesight just won’t fix it. It’s 7:10pm and prices are at 3:55pm rather than 4:10pm. It will eventually go back to Thursday night prices (instead of Friday night prices) and then, if all goes well, next Monday morning we’ll get Friday 4:10pm prices. PLEASE RICKY OR SOMEONE FIX THIS PROLEM. See multiple previous posts from me and others over the last year or two. It just goes on an on.

And while we are on the subject of price updates, it would be great to get unlisted Fund updates, which are only available from the Funds after Close of Business, updated soon after that. Then we could get those latest prices built into the Portfolio Summary/Listing on the evening of the day in question. This is what InvestSmart manages to do, so why can’t Sharesight? I would love not to have to use InvestSmart as a check/reconciling statement of our position (which, now, I have to do every day)!
For Ricky or anyone else interested in fixing the problem, it’s now 5:30pm Saturday and (as happens every month) it’s now showing Thursday night prices rather than Friday night prices.
Ive just upgrade from Sharesight free to a paid subscription and added various portfolios. Ive been scratching my head all day as to why the listed equity prices are wrong. You are right, they are all showing Thursday close price not Friday.
Surely this is an easy fix???
Well it’s 8:52am on Monday 5th May and, as expected, we’re still getting the Thursday night (1st May) closing prices. Looking forward to seeing the Friday night closing prices.
Now 9:10am Monday and they’ve just given us Friday close prices in the last few minutes.
Same problem here, but with Canadian stocks only. The US stocks are updating fine.

Same problem here. prices of FRankfourt (FRA) and Italy stock exchange (BIT) have some random issue not updating but it’s getting worse lately. Right now Italian stock echange is update to 6th of august (i don’t see prices of the 7h). In the last month i have seen and reported this problem many times. No problem with US stock exchanges
We had a few issues with closing prices in Europe because we were trying to load >5000 derivatives. It should be fine now but let me know if you notice this is happening again.
Hi today BIT (italy) no yet updated while Frankfurt (FRA) is ok . BIT last update 11th of august (now is 11:12 CET of 13th)

BIT again not updating . last update 13th of August (please consider that 15th of August in Italy is holliday and the stock echange was closed)
Now 7:46 pm on the 2nd September and prices only updated to 3:54pm rather than 4:10pm. We want to download closing prices and values. Where are you Ricky?
