Numerous Errors in Using Sharesight with Interactive Brokers

I have been using Sharesight for years. About 12 months ago I started using Interactive Brokers. Since then, my Sharesight portfolio has become a total mess.

Sharesight’s version of my portfolio has 24 different equities. However, I only own 12 of them. Of the 12 equities that Sharesight has listed, the quantity is wrong with two of them. Furthermore, three other equities that I actually own are missing from the Sharesight portfolio.

I contacted Sharesight technical support last week, and they asked me to generate a CSV file from my Interactive Brokers account and upload it to them, which I have done. I’m yet to hear back from them.

I am just wondering if anyone has got Interactive brokers to work properly with Sharesight.

@igreen we have replied to your message in support. The IBKR token have expired for both of your portfolios which is why the recent trades are missing. You need to renew the tokens.
