Importing from ETrade USA

I am trying to import all my history from ETrade USA with no success. Problems I would love to get your help on:

  1. The ETrade broker information page is not very informative. It does not tell me exactly what to download from Etrade. (E*TRADE | Sharesight US)

  2. On the same page, step 4 is a broken link so I cannot determine the format needed to upload (https://help.sharesight.com/us/formatting-downloaded-trade-history-files/)
