Hi I’m fairly new to sharesight after using the free edition for over a year i have just paid up. I have imported my portfolio from Commsec following the instructions exactly. I went back to 2005 when i started. There are only 71 transactions. Problem is that heaps of information is missing, some complete shares are missing, there are trades for sells with no corresponding earlier BUYS for the same share. Ive deleted the whole lot and tried again with no change in result. What did I do wrong? I paid the subscription to avoid all the manual inputs

Did you move brokers over to Commsec? Or have you always traded with them? If you haven’t already, can you reach out to our support team with this one?
Thanks Jack, I raised a ticket yesterday. I have always traded with comsec, never moved. very frustrating
