As a newish member to the Sharesight platform, I have noticed my portfolio in Sharesight does not match Commsec. E.g. Sharesight shows lower amount. Is there a reason for this? Any help appreciated.

One thing to check is make sure all the holdings quantity match up between Sharesight and Commsec.
If that is all good, the most possible reason is the intraday price changes that cause minor mismatch during trading hours. But portfolio value should be the same after market close.
