Current stock value slow to update

I’m finding it hard to use Sharesight to monitor the current status of my stocks because the current stock price is so slow to update. Any way to “force” that value to update more frequently.
Also, I just bought a stock, but the “current value” is still the one from one day ago, why is that?

Thanks for getting in touch and for choosing Sharesight,

For ANZ, US & UK the Sharesight prices update every 15 minutes for all other supported markets the prices update at the end of the day.
