My wife owns shares in Woolworths and is also an employee of Woolworths, she has 15 shares in a portfolio called Woolworths Employee Plan(Employee Number) which is a separate portfolio to her standard shares (which shows her HIN/SRN). How do I enter these 15 shares in Sharepoint because she received two lots of Endeavor shares one for her normal shares and the other for the Woolworths Employee Plan

if you prefer to keep the shares received through the employee plan separated from other shares, then you have to record it in a separate portfolio. If you enter this in the portfolio with her normal shares, all the transactions will be merged as one holding.
