New to Xero Cashbook. Invite link expired.

I recently added Xero Cashbook to my Sharesight account. I received an invite link from Xero. I did not act on this at the time and the link has expired. How do I go about getting a new link? I tried logging into Xero via Sharesight (Xero settings) and do not appear to have an account/password. How do I proceed from here?
