Will Sharesight ever introduce a tool to capture fixed incomes product or bonds? That will be super helpful for my FI portfolio.

You can do this already and I use it. if the product is a listed bond you can find it when you add the holding and it will calculate the interest and maturity dates of the bonds. If it is an unlisted product when you add the holding select custom investment and it will give you fixed interest as an option to select.
