• What feature do you want to see in Sharesight? Interest received on cash accounts added to the Total Return on the portfolio home page.
• Why do you want it? The Total Return is currently understated where a decent amount of the portfolio is held in cash.
• How is this affecting you? We can’t see how our strategy is working when compared to market returns.
• Do you currently have a workaround solution? If yes, what is it? Get the total interest from the tax income report and approximate the return.
• Can we reach out in future to ask follow up questions about this idea? Yes
I strongly support including interest in the performance calculation as it’s part of the portfolio.
Suggest it could be selectable if others want to exclude it.
