Sharesight calculating returns and capital gains incorrectly?

I created a sample trade where I purchase $1000 worth of DHHF on 16 Dec 2020. The capital gains in the “Your investment” table doesnt seem to be correct.

It says that the current ‘value’ of my DHHF units are worth $1,539.36, so if I sold them I would make $539.36 capital gain. Applying a cost base adjustment of $2.01, the capital gain is actually $541.37. If a 50% discount applies, the capital gain is $270.685.

However, the summary screen says my capital gain is $280.59.

The “Income” on the “Your investment” summary table also doesn’t make sense, since under the “Trades and Income” tab. I see that the gross distributions are AU$207.14, but somehow it says my income is $81.33 in the “Your investment” summary table.

Could someone please explain how Sharesight arrives at these numbers?

Hi @RobotCo the first screenshot from the portfolio page shows “past 2 years”. Meaning the calculation is based on the share price movement of DHHF over the past 2 years, and the income is also based on what is earned during that period, not since inception.
