Distributions for VGS ETF

Distributions for VGS ETF don’t match what I was sent by Vanguard. Eg in Sharesight it has Tax Withheld as greater than $0 but on the Vanguard statements it says Tax Withheld is $0? The values on Sharesight don’t match the Vanguard statements.
