Demerger. How do you record a demerger (and the getting of new shares in the new company) within ShareSight? Specifically the demerger of Isignthis and the new shares in ISXFEU? Have real trouble working out how to calculate reduced cost base…

Hi @Rojo

So it looks like you’ll hold this new ISXFEU in conjunction with ISX. So all you’ll need to do is enter an opening balance trade manually for the new ISXFEU shares that you received (1 share per 10 held as per here).
