CMC Account Integration

I combined two portfolios, I had integration with 2 different CMC Accounts both under my name integrating to these two portfolios, now after combining i could only see 1 integration from cmc (associated with the portfolio-1 which still exists as portfolio-2 merged to portfolio -1, cant see integration with portfolio-2), I tried reovking the integration and all it still doesnt exist
