Adding tickers pls

Apologies if this is the wrong place for this but what is the process to request newly traded tickers being added to Sharesight, please?

Could we have DIGA from CHI-X (Cosmos Global Digital Miners Access ETF) and from Thursday the new Betashares CRYP (BetaShares Crypto Innovators ETF).

Hi @mhinvestorama and welcome to the community! :wave:

We don’t have support for CHI-X instruments, so you won’t be able to find these within a search. You can still add the instrument under a custom investment:

With CRYP:ASX, it looks like this has been listed today. Typically, it takes around 24-48 hours to receive and pass the new listing data into Sharesight. You can expect to find this in Sharesight by Monday next week at the latest :+1:

Thanks for the info. There must be something different about FTEC as this one came right in. I thought that was CHI-X also. Does Sharesight intend to add CHI-X support? It will be gaining more momentum next year.
