How to record payment under scheme of arrangement between Z energy and Ampol?

For this one are you now holding Ampol? Or did you receive cash as a result of a capital event for the arrangement?
We received cash as a result of the arrangement.
In that case, you would add in the cash received as a sell/cancellation to close off the holding
