Husband passed away, I'm a new director but sharesight hasn't transferred holdings data over to my login

Husband had an account for a few years. I now have my own login for the portfolio but the historic trades haven’t been transferred over to my version of the portfolio. When I transfer historic trades from my broker there are several errors. My husband’s version of the portfolio would have been correct but I don’t seem to have access to this. Any advice as I need to send tax reports to my accountant for FY22/23 urgently
