• What feature do you want to see in Sharesight? Automatic calculation of Stapled securities distributions. • Why do you want it? To take out the confusion of what you need to include as non-trust and trust income. As creating two separate entries does not reflect what was paid historically. Can some fields be included to specifically cater to this type of investment - so it splits this on the report into the correct distributions - and lists them in both areas of the report automatically. • How is this affecting you? This is making tax time very complicated and not sure what I am entering is accurate. With three share-holdings requiring this, I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem. Would definitely be a huge advantage to the community. • Do you currently have a workaround solution? If yes, what is it? ??? • Can we reach out in future to ask follow up questions about this idea? ---

I was going to respond to this as I was unsure how to manage stapled securities. I first kept seraching for a sharesight advice on how to manage and finally found the page.
