# Share trading for tax purposes report

Hi , How can I find the overview of my portfolio at a specific time frame e.g 1/7/2022 , i currently qualify as a share trader and the tax office is asking me to find out the value of my portfolio at 1/07/2022 plus the value of my buys and value of my sell since then to prepare for my tax next year, I have no idea how to do this through share sight ?  
I use to do just CGT but now it is not good enough.

Hi @steeve_lvm thanks for your post. You can use the Sharesight performance report to obtain a value for a specific date or date range. Coupled with the all trades report for the buy/sell data, that should provide you with the data you seek. Please let our support team know if you have any questions or if you need anything else.
