# Multiple file attachments in dividends

• When I do the annual tax statements I want to keep a copy, either on the last dividend/distribution (currently not possible as I already have an attachment), or from the Taxable Income Report.  
• I want to save the tax statement in Sharesight  
• Currently to do that I have to create a merged PDF of the last distribution and the annual tax statement, delete the attachment that I added when I confirmed the distribution, and then add the merged PDF. If I could add two attachments, or if you could add an attachment when doing the tax statements from the Income Report it would save me a lot of time.
