My holdings on the ASX, TSE and CVE exchanges are not updating and last updated on the 3rd (so did not update on the 4th).
AMEX is updating.
Anyone else affected?
Closing prices on the ASX have been wrong for the last 2 days (4th Jan and now 17:13 on the 5th Jan and prices are from just before the close).
Can’t understand why no one else here seems bothered?
I raised a case which is now closed.
The prices on the 4th never changed
The prices updated on the 5th but are not accurate for the close, eg AGE closed at 3.5c, Sharesight has it as 3.6c with “Updated at 5 Jan 2023, 3:47pm AEDT” which missed the closing auction.
Yes Im having the same problem. This means any performance reports you try to do are wrong.
all the ASX closing prices for the 4th are wrong in my portfolio. And several US companies as well.

I have noticed same problem - prices back to the 3rd. Have logged a ticket.

Ditto to all the above. Just checked the morning of the 6th and prices are still wrong. Showing closing prices Jan 3 now. Hopefully they’ll get it fixed soon.

Hi all, apologies for the late reply. We currently have an issue with ASX & NYSE closing price not updating and we’re working hard to get them back up. We deeply apologies for the issue and any inconvenience cause.
I’ll give an update as soon as this has been resolved.

We have the same problem again. It’s 9am on 3rd March and overnight we only had 3.59pm prices. Now it’s gone to 4.10pm but for 1st March rather than 2nd March.
I download end of day prices using the spreadsheet facility but can’t update my system again today.
This is on top of the ongoing problem that every Bell Direct confirmation downloaded is a few cents out from the correct price - because Sharesight holds price to an insufficient number of decimal places for larger value transactions. The Sharesight figures are always different to my (correct) general ledger figures.
Figures for 02/03/23 EOD finally arrived.
… and it’s happening again. Now 13:16 on Saturday 3rd June. Latest prices I’m getting from sharesight are for Thursday 1st June at 16:10. Please we want Friday closing prices. I want to update my general ledger valuation and management reports for Friday evening.

Yep, same problem occurring again. Share prices not updated since 4.10pm Thursday 1st June. Nothing for Friday.
